McCrary& Clark PLLC (formerly McCrary & Clark, LLP) was formed in 1997. The firm has primarily represented lending institutions in the documentation and closing of commercial loans, real estate, and non-real estate, conventional and government-guaranteed (SBA and USDA) for the last twenty-seven years. The attorneys, either individually or as a firm, have worked in business, banking, and real estate law for a combined 75 years.
The attorneys have documented and assisted in the closing of thousands of commercial loan transactions over the last 35+ years, with an emphasis on SBA 7a and 504 program loans. Dan McCrary and Jeff Clark always considered themselves real estate lawyers since that is where the interesting issues always abound. Jeff (and Dan) are Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Real Estate Law. Dan served many years as a fee attorney for Alamo Title Company.
Dan McCrary and Jeff Clark are both native Texans born and raised in Houston. We have always prided ourselves on making sure the client’s interest is the first and only concern in a transaction.
